Downloading Firmware update (70% illumination) or Has WAN activity. (20% illumination) The light appears to always blink thus, it is difficult correlate illumination with data transmission. |

Normal no line in use. FYI, PHONE jack will present dialtone (to fax machine) but that is not proof ATA is connected to the fax server. |
To Reset the Unit
- Remove power cord.
- Find the RST button (it's a hole 1/4" to the right of the power jack).
- Press a paperclip into the RST hole. You will feel the switch indent. Keep it pressed.
- Apply power and wait for 20 seconds.
