Patton SN 4970 Gateway Normal Status Lights

Description & Suggested Action (Likely Failures in Bold)
POWER Green (Solid) When lit, indicates power is applied.
Unlit Indicates no power.
ACTIVITY Green (Solid) When lit, the unit is in normal operation.
Green (Flashing) Flashes once per second during boot (startup).
VOIP Green (Solid) Indicates the Gateway is registered to an H.323 Gatekeeper/SIP Server or in the case of direct routing, has at least one active VoIP connection.
Green (Flashing) Indicates that the unit is attempting to register or has failed to register.
Unlit Indicates the unit is not configured or registered or has no active direct routed VoIP connection.
ETHERNET LINK Green (Solid) On when the Ethernet connection on the corresponding port has a link indication.
ETHERNET 100 Green (Solid) When the Ethernet is connected to a 100MB network.
Unlit When the Ethernet is connected to a 10MB network.
ETHERNET 1000 Green (Solid) When the Ethernet is connected to a 1000MB network.
ETHERNET ACTIVITY Green (Flashing) Flashes when data is received or transmitted at the corresponding Ethernet port.
T1/E1 PORT 0 Green (Solid) In Frame, no errors.
Green (Flash) Error
Green (Fast Flash) Signal detected but no Frame synchronization or aquisition is in process.
Green (Slow Flash) Framing synchronized, signaling not established.
