| SOLID AMBER | Open the administration pages and check the router status. The LED will show AMBER until the default Administrator and Wi-Fi passwords are changed. Default passwords must be changed to secure the Router |
| WAN | SOLID BLUE | Connected to an Ethernet WAN interface |
| VPN | SOLID GREEN | Active VPN tunnel |
| EMBEDDED MODEM (Indicates the status of embedded Modem - Only on AER1600LPE/AER1650LPE) | SOLID GREEN | Modem has establised an active connection |
| FLASHING GREEN | Modem is connecting |
| FLASHING AMBER | Data connection error. No modem connection possible |
| FLASHING RED | Modem is in the process of resetting |
| REMOVABLE MC400 MODEM | UNLIT | No Modem detected |
| SOLID BLUE | MC400 has an active connection |
| EXTERNAL USB MODEM | UNLIT | No Modem detected |
| SOLID BLUE | USB Modem has an active connection |
| SIGNAL STRENGTH | SOLID BLUE | 4 solid bars = strongest signal |
| FLASHING BLUE | 1 Flashing bar = Weakest signal (A blinking bar indicates half of a bar) |
| Wi-Fi BROADCAST (Indicates activity on Wi-Fi broadcast for buth 2.4GHz & 5GHz bands - AER1600 only) | GREEN | 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is on and operating normally |
| BLUE | 5GHz Wi-Fi is on and operating normally |
