Normal Status Lights

Light	STATUS	Description & Suggested Action
POWER	Green	Power is on.
	Unlit	No power.
STATUS	Green	Device is Ready. Not necessarlity connected to fax server. Will go green w/o WAN connection.
	Unlit	Booting up or not ready.
	Red	Booting up or error.
WAN	Green	Connected to Ethernet.
	Unlit	Not connected to Ethernet
	Amber (Flashing)	Downloading Firmware update (70% illumination) or Has WAN activity. (20% illumination) The light appears to always blink thus, it is difficult correlate illumination with data transmission.
PHONE 1 & 2	Green	Line in use.
	Unlit	Normal no line in use.
	Unlit	FYI, PHONE jack will present dialtone (to fax machine) but that is not proof ATA is connected to the fax server.
To Reset the Unit Remove power cord. Find the RST button (it's a hole 1/4" to the right of the power jack). Press a paperclip into the RST hole. You will feel the switch indent. Keep it pressed. Apply power and wait for 20 seconds.
